Long check-in waits!!! Poor air conditioning and noise issues severely impacted my comfort. Housekeeping inconsistencies also made my stay less enjoyable. It’s clear improvements are needed in these areas!!!

I stayed in a Classic Twin Room for 3 nights, and I honestly think it had the most comfy bed I've ever slept in! The quality of the bed linen was top-notch, and the bathroom was beautiful. The room was spacious and quiet, facing away from the main road, which was a huge plus—no noise at all! Plus, the refillable water stations were a nice eco-friendly touch. Definitely liked the overall modern vibe too!
